Position: UNDERWRITING MANAGER, FI BOND AND D&O

Growing banking and financial institutions insurance company is seeking a Fidelity Bond and D&O Underwriting Manager for their Oklahoma City operation.

Position reports directly to VP of Underwriting and is responsible for underwriting Fidelity Bond/D&O coverages for Financial Institutions nationwide, also participates in development of underwriting policies, guidelines, and procedures, and manages underwriting staff. The company is licensed in 47 states, has a Best rating of A- and is steadily growing.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years experience underwriting Fidelity Bond and D&O accounts for Financial Institutions, with some management experience or strong aptitude for a management role.

A 4 year college degree is required along with excellent leadership and communication shills.
